If you’re successful and shortlisted - we’ll invite you to an assessment. This could be a telephone call with a member of our team or a first stage interview. Each role is different but don’t worry we will keep you updated at every step of the process.

Making the most of your interview
You’ve been invited to interview - congratulations! Now it’s time to prepare. Think about:
How you will get to the interview. Plan your journey to ensure you get your timings right. Arriving late to an interview will not help you to perform at your best.
Practicing your answers to potential interview questions. Think about how your previous experiences may demonstrate our values or the skills required for the role.
Any questions you have for Homes England. Remember an interview is a two-way process and you need to make sure we are the right place for you.
What to bring to the interview. We will ask you to bring along documentation which demonstrates your right to work in the UK although full details will be in your invite to interview. Also think about bringing a copy of your CV to help jog your memory and if you have any notes or questions then don’t forget to bring those too.
Good luck - we want you to be the best you can be.
