We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer who acts as a technology specialist to join our technical team as we transition towards a cloud-centric infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud services. The ideal candidate will possess experience across numerous infrastructure areas and a strong foundation in cloud technologies, with a passion for customer service, driving innovation and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
This role will:
- Support and improve M365 productivity & collaboration products of Exchange Online, Teams, Intune MDM, MacOS and iOS, Windows 10/11, SharePoint Online and subsequent office technologies across our branch offices such as printing, video conferencing etc.
- Manage virtual machines, data storage & databases
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met across cloud services.
- Oversee Azure networking services to maintain secure and efficient operations.
- Contribute to migration & modernisation projects from on-premise technologies to Azure.
- Continual improvement of systems and operational processes
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
- Managing M365 Productivity & Collaboration products of Exchange Online, Teams, InTune MDM, Windows 10/11
- M365 Security & Conditional Access management
- M365 SharePoint Online
- Virtual Machine management (VMware)
- Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations)
- IT Service Management such as ITIL
You will also need familiarity with DevOps practices and tools and strong understanding of M365 security features and compliance standards such as ISO27001.
Certifications are needed:
- ITIL Foundation v3 or v4
- M365 Administrator
- Azure Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate
