The team, led by Assistant Director Paul Dawson, plays a key role in leveraging Homes England’s development expertise by unlocking some of the most complex and challenging projects. The Role is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of these projects and is instrumental in helping to shape the future of our organisation.

The role requires the use, maintenance and analysis of data, delivering key insights to both the South Team and the wider Acquisitions Team. You will be working with a range of stakeholders and partners across the South East and South West of England, with some office and site travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team with the co-ordination of project forecasts and monitoring of financial headroom

Deliver high-quality administrative support, helping to streamline procedures and improve team effectiveness.

Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated support across the organisation.

A bit about you…

We are looking for someone who:

Is passionate about data and understands its potential to influence decision-making.

Has excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Demonstrates an ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights effectively.

Is proactive and innovative, ready to shape and develop our administrative functions.

Thrives in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.

You will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. You will have a keen interest in working with data or growing your data skills and will enjoy finding new and creative solutions to support the team.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to understand and work with multiple data sources. You’ll also understand how to support colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
