Interviews: 20/01/2025 - 30/01/2025

A bit about the role...

Working as part of a new team responsible for setting-up and managing the Single Pipeline, the Data Integrity and Support Officer (Pipeline Management) will play a critical role in ensuring that both the ‘data in’ and ‘data out’ is complete, accurate and up-to-date.

The main purpose of this role is to engage with the Project Managers to ensure that they have the support and guidance required to get information in and out of the pipeline to support their delivery activities.

We are dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, continuously improving the people, process and technology aspects of what we do.

This is a rare chance to shape one of the ways of working of a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders across the agency, you will be committed to a user-led, operationally focused approach.

The role will also support the ongoing design and operation of the processes, tools and systems that support us having an up-to-date and comprehensive view of the short and longer term pipeline of activity that will allow us to deliver projects that support policy priorities. This is an excellent opportunity to enable day-to-day delivery through a new way of working.

A bit about you…

Our day job is to deliver first class customer service, whilst always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You'll be comfortable working across the full range of people, process and technology considerations that will affect the design and operation of a pipeline of project activity.  You will be excellent at user and stakeholder engagement as well as entirely comfortable with working with data.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a service team that enables delivery.

As someone with relevant experience, you’ll be used to working with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way, whilst making your own valuable contribution to the team and service that is delivered.

How? We form long-term partnerships that bridge the gap between the public and private sector to meet local needs and aspirations. We use our influence to champion the creation of sustainable homes, communities and places that are brilliantly designed for the people that live there now, and in the future. And we use our funding and support to build a more resilient, diverse and innovative housing sector, helping new entrants in the market, encouraging modern methods of construction and design, and promoting the utmost attention to building safety.
