Working within our Transaction Services team, a Senior Expense Administrator will play a critical role in overseeing the expense management process, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting. They will play a key role in mentoring the Expense Administrators, resolve complex issues, training and implement improvements to streamline expense procedures.
You will be part of a small, experienced team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Systems. While your primary collaboration will be with Finance colleagues, you will also interact with colleagues across the agency. Your role involves supporting, coaching, and educating colleagues on expense processes and policy adherence, and resolving any issues informally whenever possible.
The Transaction Services team believes in working in a collaborative way to foster good decision making and problem solving, this role gives an opportunity to strengthen this further across the agency.
You will have experience working within a dynamic finance team and will be able to actively demonstrate your knowledge working in a similar role.
Advanced communication to clearly convey policies and procedures to all levels within the agency. You will be comfortable to guide and support team members in their roles. As well as addressing and resolving more complex issues that arise in a timely manner.
