As Senior Geospatial Solutions Manager, you will take the lead in developing and delivering geospatial products that directly support decision-making across Homes England. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our geospatial solutions align with agency priorities and help drive better strategic choices. This role is about more than just maintaining systems – it’s about collaborating with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and developing intuitive, high-quality geospatial tools that make a real impact.
This is a leadership role that will oversee the development and delivery of geospatial solutions, ensuring that our tools and processes are driving efficiencies and enhancing decision-making across the agency. The role holder will work across Homes England’s functions to develop innovative solutions, embed best practice and ensure geospatial intelligence is fully integrated into agency processes.
You’ll be a geospatial expert with a strong technical background, able to develop and oversee the delivery of high-quality geospatial solutions that enhance business intelligence. You’ll have experience working with large-scale geospatial environments, particularly ArcGIS, and be comfortable managing complex geospatial data, tools and workflows.
You’ll be an effective communicator, able to translate geospatial concepts into practical solutions for a range of stakeholders, ensuring our geospatial products and services meet the needs of decision-makers. You’ll have experience in product design and implementation, including stakeholder engagement, UX design and analytics.
You’ll have strong leadership and project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering geospatial solutions in an agile environment. You’ll be confident in managing a team, providing mentorship and professional development to help colleagues grow their technical and analytical skills.
