Working in a team with John Buss, Head of Transaction Execution, the Senior Manager role will play a critical role in delivering complex projects and lending alliances with private organisations. You will be joining our highly skilled team of banking and real estate specialists, who are committed to making positive change in how we support the delivery of new housing.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional Transaction Execution team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective contraction of complex projects and lending alliances and the have the opportunity to help create funding platforms.
The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects utilising debt from the Levelling Up Home Building Fund. There are some exciting and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the Loans offering.
Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders in Loans, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You'll be comfortable supporting the Head of Transaction Execution with complex document issues, aiming to negotiate and contract facilities as efficiently as possible.

As an experienced specific banking/legal professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
