A bit about the role...

 

Working in a team with the Senior Delivery Support Manager the Delivery Support Manager, works closely with project managers to ensure that data is routinely reviewed, challenged, and verified for accuracy. You will be joining our small friendly and experienced team who are committed to making positive change to the quality of data held in our systems.

 

We believe in delivering a first-class customer service, providing excellent support to project managers, and taking an innovative and creative approach to data issues. Working in a collaborative and flexible way to foster good decision making and problem solving within the team.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional team you will ensure efficient, consistent, and effective support is provided and have the opportunity to help create a first-class customer service.

 

The role will support the delivery of land development programme across the Northern Development team, including 2 National Programmes, Contingent Assets and Liabilities and Commercial Disposals and Contract Management. There are some exciting and creative projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the delivery support offering.

 

A bit about you…

 

You will be comfortable communicating at all levels and have the confidence to question and challenge. The ability to analyse data from different sources and systems is key as well as always ensuring accuracy and quality of work.

 

You will be able to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills and be a fast learner with a “can do” attitude towards work and overcoming challenges.  

 

You will be proficient in the use of appropriate IT systems Microsoft word, excel (intermediate level) SAP BI, a knowledge of Power BI would advantageous.

 

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a development team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
