A bit about the role...

These positions will be working in either the Communications team managed by experienced Conferences and Events Manager or in Market Engagement managed by our Assistant Director - Market Engagement. Both roles will work closely with each other and the wider Communications and Market Engagement teams.

These events managers will play a critical role in delivering significant events and engagement activity over the next 6 months, supporting Homes England's strategic objectives and the delivery of the Agency's joint communications and engagement plan.

There are significant plans for external engagement and events over the next 6 months and you will play a critical role in helping to deliver. This includes delivery of an ongoing series of roundtables with C-suite level stakeholders and Agency-representatives, working to organise conferences and large scale events for 12 - 600 senior external stakeholders.

Working closely with communications and market engagement colleagues, you'll need to be flexible, agile and a champion of multi-disciplinary working. You'll be experienced in delivering events activity that can engage new and existing audiences, shift perceptions and raise awareness.

A bit about you…

You will be highly skilled in managing events and engagement activity from commission to evaluation and in creating communications content for different audiences, managing budgets, agencies and procuring services as required.

You will be resilient, innovative, highly creative and a solution-focused ambassador for the market engagement and communications teams.
