This is a 24 Month FTC.
This role play a critical role in Facilities Management. You will be joining our small but enthusiastic/friendly/talented/highly skilled/experienced team that was recently awarded Team of the Year within Homes England.
The Team is dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, resolving requests and queries informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to more complex issues. The team believes in working in a collaborative and flexible way to foster good decision making and problem solving within the team.

Working with key stakeholders including Senior Leadership and with a professional Facilities Management team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution to its office locations serving Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
The role is office based.
You'll be comfortable supporting the wider business with complex issues and focus on customer service be it face to face in the office, telephone or via Teams.
