A bit about the role...

 

Working with Mike Wiltshire our Director of Strategy, Research, Analysis and Sponsorship (SRAS) and the SRAS Leadership Team, the Business Manager will play a critical role in supporting the the delivery of SRAS business priorities, business plan activity and wider Agency strategic objectives. 

 

This is a rare chance to be a part of a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional Strategy, Research, Analysis and Sponsorship team you will have the opportunity to work on cross team projects.

 

 

A bit about you…

 

You'll be comfortable supporting the SRAS Senior Leadership Team with complex corporate requests, aiming to provide an outstanding business support service. 

 

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as SRAS Unit. You will enjoy working in an innovative, proactive and engaging way and be able to manage a varied workload. 

 

As an experienced Operational Management professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
